Schedule & Key events	・27 brands of fine Japanese Sake from Akita prefecture and Sake Nouveau brewed from raw rice (Sakamai) “Akita Sake Komachi”. ・Tasting of Sake brewed from the newly developed rice – Akita-sake No.120 and 121 for making sake. ・List of the exhibits with the quality and the type of Sake. ・A box lunch(bento) and Kiritampo in soup. ・“Namahage” welcome the guests to the event. ・Annual stage show. ・Specialty of Akita(Kiritampo, Inaniwa-Udon, Iburigakko etc.) for sale. ・A lottery to get Akita’s Sake. ・Please fill out a brief questionnaire on this event !
